Step 1Create document 156x156 pixels. Fill it with #B5C8D6 color. Create new layer and select rectangular marquee tool [M]. Make shape similar to mine - 156 width and 22 height pixels. Fill the selection with White color. |

Step 2Now you have to make a gradient fill. Make gradient similar to mine. Enter color values shown on the image. If you can't make it you're lucky man just use mine. I've made it in PS 7.0 but I think will work in previous versions.Download The gradient. |

Step 3Hold CTRL and select white rectangle and fill it with gradient tool. Drag from top to bottom. You have a nice gradient fill. |

Step 4Deselect selection. Now we're going rotate our crystal. Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CCW. Add some adjustments. Image>Adjustments>Brightness & Contrast. Enter +10 and +30. |

Step 5Now you have to add some perspective and skew it. Edit>Transform>Perspective. Drag top-right corner to the right. Make it similar to mine. Now, Edit>Tranform>Skew. Drag bottom-right corner to center (left). Do it with SHIFT+ALT (important). Skew it again but this time drag bottom-right corner up a little bit. This time without Shift+Alt. Watch my image. |

Step 6Nice work! Add some stripes: use Pollygon Tool Lasso [L] and make selection like mine. Don't deselect it. Use Brightness & Contrast to make it grey. Enter Brightness : -30. You can add more complex shapes like lines. |

Step 7Final step is to Sharpen it - Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen. If it's necessary add more contrast. All you have to do now is duplicate it. Scale it, shear it and twirl it. Add more crystals and have fun. Just be creative!Congratulations, Your done! |
